Christchurch-based Trustee Lindsay Lloyd has retired after 12 years on the Trust Board.
A former partner and now consultant at MDS Law, Lindsay joined the Trust Board in 2007 and has brought invaluable legal and commercial expertise to the Board.
Board Chair David Jackson says Lindsay has provided wise counsel to both Dame Malvina and the Trustees on many matters whilst also providing invaluable legal advice as required.
“One should always strive to ensure you leave any organisation in a better state than when you joined and Lindsay has certainly achieved that.”
Dame Malvina says Lindsay’s appointment has been a very successful one and he will be missed.
“Always informative, helpful, with excellent advice when we needed guidance, and a great sense of humour. I wish him good health and a happy, easy retirement as well as continued friendship.”
